Hi, I’m Tiffany

I believe healing happens when you feel understood.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, and family dynamics.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand yourself and feel more steady and connected. I focus on building a safe, trusting relationship with you. Within that relationship, you’ll begin developing a more confident and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Whether you are an adult or child, having a healthier relationship with yourself allows you to move through the world with greater clarity and more resilience. Resilience doesn’t mean you won’t face difficult things. It means you’ll feel more grounded and prepared when you do.

As a Vietnamese therapist, I bring the values of connection, exploration, and care from my community. I also understand how culture, generational expectations, and relationships shape our experience.

Therapy with me is a place where you can speak openly and make sense of what you’ve been carrying

Play Therapy™

Children don’t always have words to explain what they’re feeling. Play Therapy™ allows me to enter your child’s world with curiosity and understanding.

Children use play to express emotions, process experiences, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and safe to them.

I meet with parents every 5–6 sessions to strengthen understanding, support, and connection at home.

Teen Therapy

Being a teenager comes with a lot of pressure and transitions. They’re navigating academics, social dynamics, and family expectations.

Teenagers are also trying to figure out who they are, how to set boundaries, and how to navigate the world.

Therapy offers teens a safe space to explore their identity, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem without judgement.

Therapy for Adults

You may feel responsible for everyone else or struggle with boundaries.

You might feel torn between cultural expectations and your own needs. Or maybe you notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships.

Therapy is a space to understand your patterns with compassion. You’ll build a stronger relationship to yourself, learn to set boundaries, and feel more confident.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation

Fill out my contact form to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This time will help us decide if it feels like a good fit to work together.

Step 2: 60-Minute Initial Session

We will explore your history and what you’re struggling with. If you are a parent bringing your child, this first session is with you. It allows me to gain a deeper understanding before beginning work with your child.

Step 3: Build Trust & A Strong Foundation

We will have weekly sessions and build a strong foundation of trust in our work. As patterns become clearer, your emotions begin to make more sense. What once felt overwhelming starts to feel understandable. Understanding creates space for change.

Step 4: Move Forward with Greater Confidence

Over time, you’ll begin to respond instead of react. You’ll feel more grounded in who you are, set boundaries with more clarity, and navigate challenges with steadiness. You’ll feel more equipped and grounded in life and relationships.

My Guiding Principles

  • I approach emotions with openness and compassion instead of judgment. Remaining curious allows us to better see your story and the patterns shaping your experience.

  • Your background, culture, family system, and lived experience shape your emotional world and they matter here.

  • You already have tools and resilience within you. Therapy helps you recognize, trust, and use them with more clarity and courage.
