Therapy with Teens and Young Adults

Being a teen comes with a lot of pressure and transitions. They’re navigating academics, social dynamics, and family expectations.

Young adults are also trying to figure out who they are, how to set boundaries, and how to navigate the world.

Therapy offers a safe space to explore their identity, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem without judgement.

Therapy with Kids

Children don’t always have words to explain what they’re feeling. Play Therapy™ allows me to enter your child’s world with curiosity and understanding.

Children use play to express emotions, process experiences, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and safe to them.

I meet with parents every 5–6 sessions to strengthen understanding, support, and connection at home.

Individual Therapy

You may feel responsible for everyone else or struggle with boundaries.

You might feel torn between cultural expectations and your own needs. Or maybe you notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships.

Therapy is a space to understand your patterns with compassion. You’ll build a stronger relationship to yourself, learn to set boundaries, and feel more confident.
